Disputes and Governing Law
Any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the applicable laws.
Exchange Policy
Products purchased from Almehraab can be exchanged within 7 days under the following conditions:
- The exchange request is made within the stated time frame.
- The item(s) is found to be faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- The received product(s) differs from the original order.
- Items are missing from the package, such as price tags, labels, or original packaging.
Important:
- If the product is damaged or items are missing, images of the outer packaging must be emailed to Sales@almehraab.com as evidence before discarding the packaging.
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days after order delivery.
To raise a dispute, email photos of the defective item(s) to Sales@almehraab.com or call us at +92 328 3864070 Each case will be evaluated individually, and we will make every effort to ensure a fair resolution for both parties.
Once the dispute is resolved, we will issue either:
- A replacement product of the same value, or
- A coupon equivalent to the product’s value, valid for 60 days, which can be redeemed for future purchases.
Note: No dispute will be entertained after 7 days from the date of delivery.
Customer Responsibility
- The buyer is responsible for all purchases made in good faith and must ensure that their selections (articles/dresses/products) are accurate.
- The customer assumes sole responsibility for their chosen products.
Marketing and Communication
- Almehraab may use your provided information (e.g., email address, name, postal address, or wish lists) to share marketing offers, newsletters, and catalogs.
- Our team may contact you to resolve any issues related to the delivery of your order (e.g., using your telephone number or address).
- Your data may be disclosed to fraud prevention agencies if necessary.
- We may validate your age to ensure you are legally eligible to shop online.
Payment Information
- We accept online payments via Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in PKR (or any other agreed currency).
- All payment details submitted are securely transmitted directly to our payment provider through an encrypted connection.
